Our products

Referred to the ancient Japanese tradition consisting of charring the exposed surface thus creating a weatherproof and durable exterior burnt surface, our Valentine Red Cedar Shou Sugi Ban charred wood is used for exterior siding and interior paneling. We heavily burn the surface and brush off the soft layer, leaving a beautiful combination of char and deep exposed grain. We then finish the surface with our exterior grade vibrant red finish. The look is unique and refined, and cedar is a great option for exterior application due to its natural chemical properties.
